"Haruxspex 6" is an installment in my "Haruspices" series. Haruspex, in antiquity, were clerics who could read omens in the entrails of animals. These pieces represent the daily, ritual of interpretation of the world through objects-- miscellaneous pieces woven together to tell a story.
"Haruspex 6" is a wall hanging depicting an owl, collaged out of pieces of painted scrap wood.
